My computer is a Dell Vostro 470 and my phone is a Samsung SM-G02OV (Android Galaxy 6). I keep getting the message that there is nothing to import from the device. Then the prompt says make sure the device is unlocked. I spent time with both the Microsoft support and Verizon trying to resolve the problem. The device was never locked.
