Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), then click the Properties button. Click the radio button "Use the following DNS server addresses:" and type in OpenDNS addresses, 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220, in the Preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server fields. Click the OK button, then the Close button, and the Close button again.

Scroll up the information in the window to the "DNS Servers" item on the left side. To the right you will see your computer's primary DNS server address as well as its secondary one (if your computer has a secondary). For example: DNS Servers: 111.111.22.33 111.111.22.44. The top address is the primary DNS and the bottom is the secondary.
