Did a manual set up and entered the username and password generated and the system didn't recognise it and kept just returning a black box with username and password again.

Here is If you wanted to move your broadband internet router for better WIFI coverage, you may find that a similar or better result can be achieved with the installation of a WIFI access point. Not with sky. But you should just have to connect your new wireless router into the sky router and bobs your fathers brother. You can then go into the sky modem and turn off the wireless if you want. Connecting one to the other via a gigabyte cat 5e cable i think you wont notice the difference of two routers.
